Seeking options/opinions

I hope you look back on previous posts and background. Finished Pluvicto in spring 23. Started out fine but went sideways. By mid May, psa and alk were on rise. MO suggested going to Xofigo but hemoglobin numbers were too low, sub 7, got transfusion. Decided to rechallenge with taxotere. (Zytiga worked fir about year, Xtandi for month before trying Pluvicto). I managed one taxotere, psa stopped going up, now at 620 after. Decided to move to #2 but blood numbers needed to be ok. Hemoglobin too low again, and platelets declining. This past week bloodwork had hemoglobin at 9(week after transfusion) but platelets at 19. Alk up to 250. It seems probably my marrow is having "producing" hemoglobin and platelets. Declines to almost critical levels fter about 10 days.

MO doesn't want to proceed for my safety, and his options are declining.

So looking at all the keeping comfortable options, checking blood for a bit to see platelets/hemoglobin increase, but doc is stuck.

So any ideas? Other MOs? Options?...

Have you looked at the AMG 509 immunotherapy trial?

A member on this site diagnosed with de novo metastatic prostate cancer had a very good response to the treatment.

I don’t know how he is doing at the moment as he has deleted his posts and details.

Notwithstanding that I would definitely have a look at it.
