Stinging/burning near tip of penis when urinating. Also, small brown sediment in urine.

---This has happened for about a week. Because of rising PSA value, will see a new oncologist next week. Radiation therapy 14 years ago, PSA rising annually, now at 2.5. Also, there is hip and thigh pain, more so at night. And an odd, mild pain in the groin. And a burning lower back pain, only at night. Any similar experiences?

Get checked for UTI (urinary tract infection). A primary care facility can do this if you aren't scheduled to see a urologist soon.

i get all kinda hip/side pain when trying to sleep. Have to keep rotating.

Also sciatica from lower back pinching. The major nerve path is horizontally from spine out butt cheeks, then down the back legs to the calfs. But there are some nerves that seem to swing by and past the prostate on the inside thighs.

Fun times

I had that. Started gabapentin and that cured it.
