Nuclear bone scans and CT scan all clear

I was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 Bladder cancer. my MO ordered a comprehensive blood test as well as a nuclear bone scat and a CT scan with and without contrast to rule out any bladder cancer metastatic spread of bladder cancer. Both the bone scan and the CT scan were negative to any spread and my PSA went down from 0.42 on 11/8 to 0.35 0n 12/21. I'm meeting with a bladder surgeon today to schedule a radical Cystectomy next. My MO is putting the PCA on hold until the bladder surgery and recovery from it.

I’m so sorry to hear this news. It’s good that they have a plan though. Do they have any theories on what may have caused it? How was it discovered?

the bladder cancer was discovered when my Uro cauterized the bladder to stop persistent blood in the urine.
