So far we’ve done Docetaxel, Xgeva, Zytiga. Currently on Xofigo (Ra 223) it knocked the Alk Ph way down then after the third treatment it went up a few points. Has this happened to anyone?
RO suggests doing 4th treatment then PSMA scan to see if there’s improvement.
Any suggestions feedback is helpful. Feeling a little anxious at the moment

I have been on Zytiga for 8 years now, and the Alk Ph value is always watched closed on my labs every three months. The higher the value is an indication your bones may be getting weaker. These treatments are known to knock the PSA way down, not sure about the Alk Ph. I always thought they were likely to increase the Alk Ph value somewhat. Fortunately for me long term, the values are consistently below 100. I do not know the effects of Xogifo, but likely that may be the cause. A few points is probably normal.
