30 months ago had RALP done by Dr V Patel in Orlando and he was a bit aggressive due to my imaging and G-9 and by doing this I had negative margins. Also, good news is my PSA is undetectable (<.01) since surgery and I check it every 2 months. My good fiend who is a urologist recommended I look at PROACT to help with incontinence. He has a trainer coming in and the 2 of them would do this on me. I only have very slight issues with stress incontinence when I sneeze and also when I play tennis aggressively I dribble. But I dribble the most when I twist and turn and do not focus on holding the muscles tight. That is why this procedure might make sense.
Has anyone had experience with this procedure?
