I have recently, 2 months now, had Zolodex injections and due to start 3 monthly injections. I have 2 issues, firstly an itchy rash within my pubic hairline. Has anyone experienced this, as it is listed as a common side effect, and if so did you receive treatment for this or change to an alternative drug?
I also have very minor incontinence. Ok for most days and then experience very minor incontinence. Hardly enough to wear a pad but I do so sometimes if I know it is going to be one of those days.
Has anyone had treatment for this?
Many thanks

I had eight Zoladex injections over two years. I did not have a rash but I did have minor incontinence and still do five yrs later. I do wear a small pad 24/7. I also had a RP and radiation so I can’t say with certainty that it was the Zoladex that caused the incontinence. However, I do know that Zoladex allowed me to relate to menopausal women, particularly hot flashes and I slept in till 0900 most mornings.
Yes, that is what I use, thin ‘shields’. I just used the word ‘pad’ as a catch-all. I’ve had to give up my favourite ‘wee dram’ as it can create a ‘big’ leakage at night. Bummer
