Haven't posted a "Life's too short to stay home" episode in a bit . At the Pantages to see this musical.
Loved the album from like '95
Chemo went well, MO came by and chatted, still awaiting Kaiser Medicare to approve the PSMA.
PSA jumped from 4.2 to 5 in three weeks, with T at 13🤔
Did a slow 5 mile hike the night of Chemo😂
My weird theory is to speed up my heart rate to have the chemo circulate more and also to penetrate into the very fine capillaries in my digits
Even did squats in the chemo bay, and danced to Country music 🎶🤣
The nurses were counting my squats for me
I'm pretty much a goofball wherever I go

Mahalo, I've always been a Type A kinda guy!
It was a rollercoaster ride of emotions, or just maybe I teared up cuz of 7 1/2 years of ADT
A very raw, intense, energetic performance. Wonderful choreography, set pieces, and Boy could those singers project their emotions into the songs

Randy, admire your committment to living life, despite your disease. Thanks for the positive posts.
Hope your strategy works and that you tolerate the chemo well. Keep squating, dancing and being the goofball we love.
