Best blood values

Already learned a lot in this forum and from other sources about optimal blood values for Vit D and B12. Just wonder if similar recommendations exist for zinc, selenium, iodine, iron and omega 3 and 6?

I’m on WFPBD, take some supplements and check my blood values every three months, some more expensive ones like Omega 3/6 once a year.

Many thx for sharing your experience & knowledge.

Many thx! These are the standard values, correct? I‘m also interested in PC related, recommended values. E.g. B12 should be rather at the lower end, between 200-300 because too much B12 stimulates tumour growth.

Seems the Vit D range minimum is really low. I thought Vit D deficiency was considered < 20? Optimal for PCa patients I believe is in the 40-70 range? I suspect low Vit D (along with untreated hyperlipidemia and genetic predisposition) was a potentially significant contributing factor to my PCa developing based on everything I've read about PCa.

Agree! My current level is 70, it’s summer time. I always try to stay above 40 in winter and are quite successful.
