30 Days on xtandi

After 30 days on xtandi my PSA has gone down, 1.09 to 0.97. I also got a lupron injection. I go back in Oct. Hopefully I will be undetectable by then.

I'm coming up on 3 years this December (Lupron / Xtandi combo - 1/2 dose Xtandi) 🙏

Great results. Hope Xtandi doesn't poison you. Keep an eye out for worsening side effects and be willing and able to cut dosage if they start to cripple you. I was one of the unlucky ones who could not stand full dose, but did push aPca into submission for 3 yrs. on 80 mg dose. Life Is Good, especially with encouraging blood tests.

That’s great! My father has been on it for about 4 years and aside from some fatigue he is doing great. Hopefully you have the same effects.

About 90 days on Xtandi and I was undetectable (PSA) Started at full dose then doctor dropped to half dose because of side affects. Cheers 🍻 Bud Zero

I reached my nadir (zoladex, docetaxel) of 0.06 in about February 2020 but PSA started doubling every 3 months in June 2020. When I started enzlautamide in June 2022 my PSA was 39 (and still likely to double at the same rate). So far fantastic results, after 3 weeks my PSA was 1.1 and I will be even happier if this rate of decline can hold up for a few months more. My next blood test is in early August - as allways time will tell.
