Gave up my G9 prostate to the robot in 2014. My PSA was 5. Level dropped to <0.1 until 2017 after it climbed to .23. ADT and prostate bed radiation brought the level down to <0.1 until a year ago. PSA jumped from .2 to .4 over a few months last summer. PSMA scan revealed two hot lump nodes last fall. Started 6 month lupron injections in October followed by 39 sessions of SBRT with boost to whole pelvis which ended this January. Yesterday was my first post radiation PSA test and visit with my MO. I was disappointed to see my PSA was .17 two months after radiation and six months into Lupron. My MO said "we" should see this as the first baseline, gave me a second 6 month lupron shot, and said "we" will retest in six months.

two months may not be enough to clear out all the PSA from the dead cells. What was your T level?
