4th Taxotere treatment past Monday! Labs show bump again in PSA!

Has anyone switched to Cabazitaxel at this point? Oncologist thinking about it .Husband having very hard time with chemo! First week mostly sleeping .Eats small meals. Mentioned to Pallative care Doctor feels like right leg will go out from under him. Using cane now. How is length of time gained from chemo determined?

Yes - only lasted 3 treatments. Tolerable - PSA was climbing that is why he stopped. Mets increased in size.

Right now.. Lynparza. Only one month in. Staying positive!!
