Does the cancer have abnormal fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) gene?

On the one hand, Jeremie Calais is reporting limited success in detecting prostate cancer with fibroblast activating protein inhibitors (FAPi). On the other hand, fibroblast growth factors seem to be highly expressed in prostate cancer stroma, so inhibitors (like Balvarsa) may inhibit tumor growth.
There is a randomized clinical trial that combines a different fibroblast growth factor inhibitor (MGM831) with an immunotherapy (Keytruda), So (depending on randomization), it may be possible to get both:
