Small red rash to inner thigh

Since my robotic prostatectomy I have had a sensitive inner thigh which when I have exercised shows as a red rash. Not really sore, just sensitive nerve ending type feel. Anyone else experienced this? Thanks for your replies.

Yes, I had extended lymph node dissection (29) nodes removed. Have had left thigh numbness since surgery. Not painful but sensitive to touch, and awkward to have a numb knee when running. Urologist thought a small nerve was involved with surgical dissection. Only slightly better at 3 months. Hopefully will go away.

Had same issue , from moment I woke up from surgery to almost a year later, 6yrs now and still get numbing inside both thighs to calf, but used to it now..I did go thru some PT at the time and helped..I know that feeling well, tingling of nerve endings not spared in surgery..it will improve over time.
