Fellow Warriors - I had an MRI recently because I was feeling a dull pain/discomfort in my upper left thigh. That started about 6 weeks ago, and is really only noticeable when I do squats. One of the findings from the MRI was "Small marrow replacing lesion is noted involving the left iliac bone medial to the acetabulum." Anyone else have experience with a lesion replacing marrow? How was it treated?

Small lesion replacing marrow
It is my personal opinion.
I think you had multiple SBRTs. Have you talked to your radiation oncologist about SBRT again? Also, try to find out systemic therapy; you had chemo in 2017, so maybe it is time for another systemic therapy, which can be another chemo, pluvicto, radium 223, or Clinical trials like ADC, Immunotherapy that has min to zero side effects.
I would start with clinical trials and keep other options in my pocket for the future.
Much appreciated. The chemo in 2017 was for non-hodgkin lymphoma. I haven't had docetaxel yet. I like the idea of clinical trial.
clinical trials that focus on systemic therapy is the key for all discussion with MO.
Here is the recent clinical trials with promising results.

Thank you!
"Some people participate in clinical trials because none of the standard (approved) treatment options have worked, or they are unable to tolerate certain side effects. Clinical trials provide another option when standard therapy has failed. Others participate in trials because they want to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge."
Your body your choice but personally I'll avoid clinical trials unless my treatments under SOC fail. 9 years on for me. Yes I've had marrow replacing tumors. They've been treated both wit SBRT and chemo.
"Anyone else have experience with a lesion replacing marrow?" Yes - I've had multiple bone lesions at multiple times, most with bone marrow involvement. It is a fairly common occurrence with aPCa, affecting the red marrow in flat bones or the spongy-matrix areas of long bones .
