After Actinium225 infusion on day 1 + Keytruda infusions every 6 weeks (3 so far) + daily Enzalutamide, had updated blood work and scans at week 12. Bone and CT scans showed stability. Ga68 PSMA scan provided much clearer picture and results. Although PSA went up, previously identified lesions have shrunk. CTC count has dropped from 74 to 31. Good signs, to say the least. Continuing on the trial.

Good news! We all like it when lesions shrink!
Excellent news! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for updating. I’m always interested to see how you are doing. It sounds like this is really working well for you. Keep up the good work!
Great news!
Great news! Have been wondering how you were doing so thanks for sharing.
Glad to hear. Surely something to be thankful for. Here’s for continued lesion shrinkage!
Good news. Congrats and good luck,
Shrinking is good. Usually....
Congratulations on the good results. How much keytruda are you getting and how high did the PSA go.
Great news! Thanks for the update.
Good news! And hope for the rest of us.
Very positive news! Hope more to come-- best to you!
Good news. And, thx for participating in a trial that may benefit all of us.

Congratulations! Hoping for continued good progress.
That's wonderful news! What CTC test are you using and how is the enumeration given? It's more favorable to have less than 5 CTCs per 7.5 mL blood. With Biocept's test they usually report CTCs per 36 or 40 mL blood. Best wishes for continued success🙏
I do understand that less than 5 is a favorable number. But I still have cancer and expect I may never get to less than 5. With the # declining things are going in the right direction.
You got that right! Very few MOs seem to use CTC data so that's terrific you have this as a biomarker and it shows your counts have been cut in half. I've had both Cell Search and Biocept CTC testing. The latter can find both Cytokeratin Positive (CK+) and Cytokeratin Negative (CK-) CTCs, whereas Cell Search finds only CK+ and only looks at cell count (enumeration). The interesting thing is all the additional information scientists can learn from the CTCs that are found, for example, Androgen Receptor and it's splice gene varient, AR-V7. Hoping for the best right there with you🤞
following your progress with this trial, and relieved it's going well after a difficult start. Here's wishing you further good news on dealing headon with the cancer.
Glad to hear of the positive response for you. Feeling OK? Happy holiday season and the best for 2022.
I guess I am having more age related issues than cancer, including arthritis, aches and pains, and difficulty walking. Starting PT soon to work on my legs. Also ramping up Gabapentin to 3 100 mg capsules daily.
I was lucky to get in titan trial at dx...ithas bought me atleast 2yrs over original death sentence...guess were still on deathrow....but not dead man walking.....im not that downbeat just words...
