Looking for any ideas for overcoming the constant nausea and nearly daily vomiting which is preventing me from eating for fear everything will come back up. I’m currently on Keytruda and Erleada both are relatively new after failing Jevtana. It could be the Keytruda kicking my immune system into high gear but could use some advice, I do use ondanstron to help but I still have nausea.

Constant nausea and near daily vomiting.
I wish I had advice for you. I had quite a bit of nausea and felt like throwing up during my LU177 treatment. However I just ate through it. I actually gained about 4 pounds while doing the treatment. I hope you feel better soon.
Which antiemetics have you tried? Zofran?
My go to is Zofran.

It maybe time to get professional advice.
I am extremely adverse to vomiting so I never do even if drunk I had fairly severe nausea which omeprazole seems to have fixed. It has fewer sides effects than ondanstron but only works if your nausea is caused by excess acid production which mine must have been. I also had no appetite and lost 18 pounds in a few weeks. That is good. My appetite was fixed by eating an incredible meal. I ate like a pig and the appetite remained. I guess I'll get fat again
My husband has had nausea and vomiting since this all began. It seems like he gets sick once, sometimes twice a month and it lasts 3 time 4 days where he can't keep anything down. He is currently going through an episode now. We've tried figuring out what triggers it, but the amount of shots/drugs he has to take makes it hard. His vomiting was actually one of the reasons we went to hospital, where we found out he had PC. Best of luck to you
