3rd Chemo session complete

got my 3rd Taxotere infusion Tuesday, so far only noticeable side effects is dry mouth this morning. Tomorrow I'll probably feel worse, but so far so good. PSA down to 0.61 , a good drop from 1.78 three weeks ago. Alkaline phosphatase down in the 'normal' range now, 98. The day my urologist gave me my first ADT shot, I asked him about how much testicle shrinkage I would see and he said ' a little". Well, after 4 months, they are half the size they used to be. Maybe he said "They'll be little"? I don't find the joke funny. I continue to find areas on my body that no longer have hair, I haven't had to shave my face since Jan 9, and the backs of my hands and fingers no longer have hair. seems like any hair I had before chemo that still had color has stopped growing, the ones that are still growing are gray and white. overall, silly complaints I suppose, I am still around to complain, so that's good.
