I wish everyone a wonderful 2021 and hope all our PSA's reduce or at least go down next year.
For me, the COVID-19 2020 has been a good opportunity to get my APCa treatments out of the way. 12 months ago I prepared to go in for my prostate biopsy and TURP. I went in on 24 Dec 19 and on Christmas morning I was told that I had APCa and prescribed Casodex and Eligard. We organised Chemo to start asap and later Radio. Fast forward to today and leaving out all the gory details, I'm now looking at a better Christmas and brighter 2021 where I no longer need Casodex or Lupron and my PSA is 0.02. Now, I will just have regular PSA tests to keep an eye on the monster.
So, please have a tipple or a piece of chocolate for every brother and sister here and I hope and pray that we all have a great New Year, cheers everyone and please, do a dose doe for me DD.

Thanks Wimpster, sharing your story. Your understanding of bladder stents and the mental anguish they cause has been a real help. All the best to you and your bride for the festive season, cheers 🍻 DD.
