PSA after restarting ADT

I restarted ADT with Eligard on August 31 2020 when my PSA was 0.453 and Testosterone 147. Today my PSA is 0.266 and Testosterone < 20. When I started Lupron + Casodex in November 2018 my PSA was 4.48, which dropped to 0.17 in just three months. This time, why the rate of PSA drop is much slower?

During ADT break my PSA increased rapidly from 0.07 to 0.453 while T increased to 147 over a period of 9 months.

Why did stop your ADT drug? I am not a fan on ADT vacations.

While I am not an expert on Lupron, I took it for two years ending last July along with Zytiga and prednisone. My current PSA is 0.14 undetectable. Looking at your scores before and now they look fine in terms of being undetectable. I actually go for bloodwork Every month or six weeks. I would be interested to see what other people right and respond to you
