I had my prostate removed over 2 years ago. Then 35 days of radiation, Eligard every 4 months, X Tandi for 15 months and most recently 4 sessions of Chemo (Docetaxel) The irony is that my PSA jumped from 3 to 13 while on the chemo. Any hints of which direction to look next?

That's a lot of treatments to go through in a short time. Why did you stop xtandi? Did it fail? Your next step might be zytiga.
