First off I am not computer literate so please excuse me when I don't do something right. you can read my earliest post to get background on my PCa. I don't know how to put it in my profile.

Brief summary: Dx 1/97 Lupron & Casodex, CT & bone scan clear, PSA 95.0, EBRT April & May 97, Brachy 9/97 Stop HT. Went about 15 years before BCR. May, June & July 2013 8 Weeks EBRT Datolli Cancer Center for treatment of 4 lymph node cancer clusters. Total failure. 9/2013 to 6/2014 Zytiga +P then stop all HT. Had about a 2 1/2 year holiday. 6/2017 start Eligard. 6/2018 start Erleada. Erleada failed after one month. 5/2019 Dx with Multiple Myeloma. 9/2019 start Zytiga + P.. zytiga started to fail 3/2020 with the next 4 PSA reading showing small increases. 7/2020 CT and Bone Scan Neg. 8/2020 Axumin PET/CT Scan: PCa has returned to the prostate gland, prostatae bed and invaded the bladder. MO said I have 2 choices to treat the cancer: cyroosurgy or proton beam. I have a consultation tomorrow with urologist that specialzes in Cyro and a consultation on Tuesday at the Proton center. A tough decision coming up. When my MO told me that the cancer was back my mind went blank It wasn't until a few days later that I thought why not chemo? I have a message in to him and waiting for a reply about chemo.

This wasn't so brief. I apologize.

I'm sorry about the two cancers - as if one weren't enough! I agree with you about the chemo. Also, Provenge. It is unusual to have a cancer that is resistant to brachy boost therapy. Did they biopsy any of the prostate/prostate bed/bladder tumor and find anything unusual?

Thank you for you quick reply. No they didn't biopsy. But that is also in message to MO.

I treasure all your answers to all members.

23 years of fun? It’s quite a long journey that you’ve been on. We can learn much from you .. you seem plenty literate to me . I have limited computers skills myself.... But I don’t feel that is important to anyone here at HU. It is important that you get answers. I’m sure others with reply with some good info for you and I wish you well . Scott🌵

Mike, We all want to see you around for another 23 years. So please keep posting here for guidance and answers. Never apologize for not being brief... more info the better. Hopefully whatever you and your M.O. decide will turn out the best for you.

P.S. I have a sneaking suspicion that you were born in 1941 (a war baby)...I used to work for the CIA (lol)....

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
