Hello.

I turn to you with hope and a request for help.

My name is Todor and I am from Bulgaria. My father is 68 years old and was diagnosed with prostate cancer before 5m, stage T3 PSA at a diagnosis of 35, 20 days later PSA 20, after about 20 more days PSA 9.1, and then we started ADT at the moment PSA after 1.5 months ADT = 0.56 (I think that's a good answer) She is currently on ADT therapy with Eligard and Casodex

I started reading on the internet about concomitant therapies and now I take a lot of extra things that if you decide to share with you and discuss if you decide.

I turn to you . My request is if you can help me find the cholera vaccine - DUKORAL. I searched in Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey but there is none. From my research.

I ask you good people all over the world, someone to help me get this vaccine out for my dad.

I know that transportation is difficult and requires special conditions, but now the weather is still cold and I will count on it and take all the risk with transport.

I have relatives in London if anyone from the UK can help me send it to them and they will bring it to me in Bulgaria.

I look forward to your reply with much hope.

p.p. Excuse me for my bad english, i'm using google translator. I do not understand English and to write and read here I use a google translator and it is a little difficult for me.

I know Nalakrats, my relatives at the UK have checked, but they told them I needed a doctor's prescription and I can't get it if someone can help me at the UK and find my prescription or take the vaccine and send it to my relatives there they will bring it to me in Bulgaria "

I accept and need any help I can pay with PAYPALL.

At the moment, your community and your help are my only hope.

Nalakrats, with you isma to discuss many of the things I give to my fathers, I do not know if it is worth mentioning here, I draw on your knowledge from you and Patrick (as difficult as it is for the language barrier and yet I am an electrician and not a biochemist) and I cannot describe my gratitude for having you.

Hi Todor,

After a google search for Greece:

1) The National Public Health Organization of Greece (formerly KEELPNO, now eody.gov.gr/en) has it as locally available.

"1. Νεκρό ολοκυτταρικό από του στόματος εμβόλιο (Dukoral, ActiveBiotecAB-Sweden, και Mutacol, Berna-Switzerland): κυκλοφορεί στην Ελλάδα."

eody.gov.gr/wp-content/uplo...

2) Institute Pasteur Hellenique has aired a call for tender during March 2019.

"ΠΡΟΣΚΛΗΣΗ ΕΚΔΗΛΩΣΗΣ ΕΝΔΙΑΦΕΡΟΝΤΟΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΠΟΣΙΜΟΥ ΕΜΒΟΛΙΟΥ ΕΝΑΝΤΙ ΤΗΣ ΧΟΛΕΡΑΣ CPV 33651600"

pasteur.gr/wp-content/uploa...

I bet a prescription will be mandatory.

Start by having a Greek speaking person inquiring EODY by phone.

Good luck to you and your father.

Thanks justfor, if you understand the answer is a good translation - do you mind if the vaccine is in Greece or if there is a delivery service ....

Az doch study in online pharmacies in Greece and from there I was literally told not to take care of DUCORAL.

I'm going to make contact again, sorry I don't know anyone to speak Greek.

If you are from Greece or can help with anything, please write to me personally.

Today I called an online pharmacy in Greece again (speak Bulgarian), showed them the links you gave me, but again said that there is no vaccine in Greece ..

I suggest you search Google for ( dukoral India ).

You can buy drugs by mail from India. They are cheap there and usually available without a prescription. However, if possible, try to verify that the source is reliable.

Good luck.

Thanks Alan.

I buy from India a lot of other supplements I give to my dad, but all through ebay and paypall ....

Please give me any link or guide ....

Roughly, when I ran into Google because of the location of my IP address, I didn't find any

Hello, you can buy it in Vienna, Austria. You need a prescription, you get it easily if you explain that you will travel to south America or Africa. It costs 56€ for the package with two doses you need. There is an online pharmacy in Vienna, I think it is called Universitätsapotheke. I try to find it and make another post.

Todortvm profile image
Todortvm in reply toClaud68

I would be very grateful if you could find an online pharmacy to buy with PAYPALL from anywhere in the world, there is nowhere to find such a prescription

Claud68 profile image
Claud68 in reply toTodortvm

If you go to Vienna, every doctor can make the prescription for you, and you bring the Dukoral to your father.

Claud68 profile image
Claud68

It is: uniapotheke.at but given that you need a prescription, they cannot send it, you have to pick up the Dukoral in a pharmacy. Maybe you can send them your prescription and find an agreement by phoning? Good luck.

Claud68

There are very cheap flights from Bulgaria to Vienna with Wizzair if you need to go there.

Todortvm profile image
Todortvm in reply toClaud68

Nowhere to find such a recipe, I also cannot speak on the phone, do not understand or know a person who can understand German. Also, I have no one to go to pick her up personally, I don't know anyone there.

This is not going to be easy with the fields, my father has many other concomitant diseases, he has a stroke and is difficult to move, I live in a small village and here life is not easy, I also have to go to work to make money ... .....

The ideal option is if I can buy and pay it online.

Claud68 profile image
Claud68

They all speak English too. So it isn't necessary to ask somebody who speaks German. I don't know if you find a pharmacy in a country in Europe which sells you Dukoral without a recipe?

Todortvm profile image
Todortvm in reply toClaud68

Give me some sample recipe ...? In Bulgaria, the recipes are some foxes only signed and stamped in Bulgarian, I do not know if I will be recognized even to find a recipe and I wonder how they will give me such a recipe knowing that there is no import to Bulgaria of this vaccine ....

Todor,

There are so many proven options that can help your dad, I hate to see you waste time and energy on an unproven option like Dukoral. You don't mention metastases - were there any? Did he have a biopsy? What was his Gleason score? Is abiraterone available in Bulgaria?

Todortvm profile image
Todortvm in reply toTall_Allen

Yes, there is a biopsy, Gleason 4 + 5 - 9 there are no metastases on bone scintigraphy. From nuclear magnetic resonance, the result is an extracapsular process - PIRADS 5, the RP refused, though if I had 15,000 euros it would certainly have been operated by a German professor .... much easier. I read here and everywhere on the net and I see how you have the ability to change leaks, hospitals, go where you want - I can't do that.

Yes there is Aberateron, yes I know it is better than biculamamide but here it costs 3000 euro per month and I cannot afford it, my salary is 350 euro per month.

Yes I have read about many other things - about malaria drugs and so on .... but don't know them here .... there is not even AVODART ... what more can I tell you, only doctors can't count on me they look like an ATM and I have no money. I try everything I can do and a 2% chance of having DUCORAL will try to give this chance to my father.

p.p. in the nuclear magnetic resonance document writes rounded lymph nodes

The oncologist recorded it as T3B

And I'm asking how they classified it without being confirmed by a lymph node biopsy ... but that's the case here in Bulgaria

Tall_Allen profile image
Tall_Allen in reply toTodortvm

Enlarged lymph nodes are visible on an MRI and often indicate cancer. If your father refused surgery, can he still get radiation to the prostate and pelvic lymph nodes?

Todortvm profile image
Todortvm in reply toTall_Allen

It is recorded - rounded rather than enlarged, I do not know if it is the same ..

He did not refuse surgery and his doctors refused because of the high gleason index and mainly for diabetes he has.

After 2 days we are under review, yes - they said there would be radiation, I read that radiation + brachytherapy gives better results and I will fight if I can.

I'm worried about the possible side effects of radiation, but if you want to discuss them further, I don't know if it's appropriate in this topic. I read that it is good for the therapy to be in full bladder but he has problems with retention and I do not know. When the time comes to choose where to do the therapy, I will ask the radiation specialist what I can do to minimize any possible side effects.

Otherwise thanks to the supplements I give it (mostly medicinal mushrooms) there are NO side effects for now.

So far, they have not given the word to test for hormone levels (testosterone has not been tested).

I also want to do blood tests for vitamins and trace elements, but I have to pay for everything. I know you have no idea how it is in Bulgaria but things are very, very bad here.

It is fine that there is info to find the vaccine but can someone provide a link to studies that it actually does help. Thanks!

Claud68 profile image
Claud68

Maybe you can find it in the onlineshop indiamart.com without a recipe.

Todortvm profile image
Todortvm in reply toClaud68

It comes to me:

dir.indiamart.com/search.mp...

I don't know if it's the same?

Claud68 profile image
Claud68 in reply toTodortvm

I think so. But the vaccine has to be sent in a cooling box.

Todortvm profile image
Todortvm in reply toClaud68

I don't know how this can happen ..., and no wonder transport is worth the vaccine.

in reply toClaud68

That is a good pointer. WHO lists India among cholera endemic countries.

They have their own/local production of the vaccine.

The main obstacle is keeping it cool during transportation.

Todortvm

Thanks Nalakrats,

This is also an option, for the moment I have a theoretical opportunity to find Bulgarians in Canada to buy the vaccine (I do not know if it is sold freely throughout Canada) and when they come to Bulgaria to bring it to me.

Yes, I know that for 14 days at around 20 degrees, but I think everywhere in the Northern Hemisphere - Canada - Europe, temperatures are well below 20 degrees. I've ordered a lot of USA stuff and I know they come in about 14-20 days with the most economical delivery of USPS. I tend to take the risk if I find a pharmacy where I can pay it online with a PAYPALL account and even without a free-shipping refrigerated pack, but there is another difficulty - the declared value of the shipment should not exceed 15 Euros here and then they request customs taxi and at least 2 days of unwinding (I live in the countryside and there is no customs here, I have to travel 100 + 100 km to clear the consignment).

The ideal option is to find a good person in Canada to pay with PAYPALLand he will buy it and send it to me in Bulgaria.

If you think of any such person I will be eternally grateful to you.

There are many things I would like to discuss with you, Patrick, Alan, and many more knowledgeable people, but the language barrier is a big problem, and I will do it little by little. I hope your patience and understanding.

It is my understanding Dukoral is sold in England, I bought mine in Canada over the counter (without a prescription). I do not know if England sells it over the counter, but if so your relative could buy it. If prescription is necessary you will need a doctor licensed in England to write a prescription.

I do not have such an opportunity (doctor in England) any time soon if a good English member here decides to help me ... I will be eternally grateful.

I already asked a member here who lives in London but he refused me.

I would like to get it in NH. Where do I go?

You must have started a run--I asked yesterday at Walgreens and they said their supplier is out and does not know when will have it in stock again.

cigafred profile image
cigafred

I see no urgency, I am sure they will have it in the not too distant future. Thanks for looking.

cigafred profile image

Now Walgreens tells me they cannot dispense Vaxchora to anyone over 64. It is not FDA approved for over-64 I am told and, at least in Illinois, that ends that. Did you encounter this issue?
