Im indonesian, 56 yo, diagnosed stage 4 in oct 2018. Having hormone theraphy every 3 months with eligard. And until now consume zytiga. Doctor in my country and singapore said i must take docetaxel for 10 times. But im avoiding chemotheraphy because i feel i cant deal with the side effect.
Im contacting with bookinghealth and they gave me an option to have Lu177 in Charite or Helios hospital. The cost estimated €29,000.
But i prefer maybe i can go through the Heidelberg or Munich personally so i can save up more money.

I had the Lu 177 PSMA in Munich at the Technical University. It is a good place. They have experience, thay have published many articles about Lu 177 PSMA treatment, good equipments etc. etc. You could contact the International Office:
Ahead of Theranostics, perhaps - but perhaps worth enquiring what treatment you can access at Peter Mac in Melbourne. From what I have seen, they are right at the cutting edge in this area.
Please tell us more about yourself. All info is voluntary but it helps us help you and helps us too. Thank you..... Give that 3 year old a hug from us............
From 1st time diagnosed the doctor prescribed me with zytiga. I dont kbow why. Maybe because they know that im worried about chemo.
Last month i had 5 times radiotheraphy. A week after that when i passed motion, the blood came out. Vommiting so bad.
I am also heard about gene theraphy on japan. And the price is very expensive.
Hello. My husband just had 5 chemo treatments with Docetaxel and the side effects were not bad at all. Fatigue, funky mouth. That’s it. I anticipated the worst and it was very well tolerated
Yes, i hope so. But actually im such an anxious man and always worry about a small things. Even an info from whatsapp group could make me worry and can not sleep all night long
In my experience it is the following months after chemo that show extreme tiredness, weakness and anxieties. These lasted for about 6 months post chemo
I would try the chemo. If you don't like it, you can stop and then do something else. Most of us found that chemo was not a big deal. I will probably do it again. No problems. Maybe dr. can give you something for anxiety.
Is it patient usually do a Lu177 already trough the chemo previously? Or is there some one straight doing Lu177? Please maybe some one who already do this can share the good things or side effect from the teraphy. Thanks
