After I finish my chemo I had my blood test

PSA 1.4 And my testosterone went down to

0.1 I don’t know it is good sign other than that

I am doing okay

My situation is very similar to yours. Diagnosed July 2018 at 55 years old. PSA 103. 6 rounds of docetaxel. Now on Zoladex.

My PSA and testosterone were down to around your level when I finished chemo last winter. Your readings are very good. My PSA continued to decline slowly eventually hitting a nadir of 0.17. It went up and down a few times since but has always stayed below 0.4. My oncologist said there is no concern about it bouncing around as long as it stays below 1.0 or doesn't have a large one month jump upward.

I’m still in a learning curve is all!!! My T was always in the teens with PSA 0.1 or less than!! Just look different to me!!!

Low numbers are good..... congrats!!!!

Excellent. My PSA did not go to undetectable until 10 months after. I stayed on Lupron. T was under 5 and stayed there.......
