I had my fifth chemo infusion treatment today

With DOCEtaxel (Taxotere )r 250ml everything

Oak but RBC when done to 3.70 and. HGB 114

HCT 0.350 good news my PSA went down to 1.9

WBC 8.1 no sign of pain yet I hope everything

Will be oak

Congrats on your 5th chemo session start. Yes everything will be okay , stay strong.

My dad is currently on his 2nd chemo.

Glad to hear the chemo is working. Don't worry too much about the blood counts. There's a wide gap between "low" and "we need to do something about it".

This is all good. One more to go. Don't let the low blood counts worry you. Stay hydrated and keep moving and eating.

Are you getting the neulasta device after each chemo? I found this kept my white blood cells counts way up there and probably prevented a bunch of illnesses during chemo.

No I getting Neutrophils Device yet My Neutrophils are 5 I hope I don’t need Device god knows
