Rounds 1 to 3 easy
Round 4 lowered mobility
Round 5 and 6 low days are day 4 to 10
Holiday season in January so looks like I will ask oncologist for a deferral of Round 8 to give me more energy to enjoy a family visit.
PSA now over 500 , still on ADT. LDH over a thousand but hopefully not accelerating.
Best wishes to all of you.

Have you discussed adding carboplatin? It may be especially useful with some genomic changes - if you know that from tumor biopsies.

Thank you Tall Allen. Some patients at my centre are getting Carboplatin

Have you considered lu-177 treatment?

Yes I read here from others where good results have been achieved for six months. I have not pursued Lu yet. Nearest centre to me is a half day drive so it is definitely accessible. Price wise I am reluctant. Six months is becoming increasing valuable I suppose.

Best wishes to you. If your PSA isn't responding to the treatment it's time to discuss options (see the suggestions from others who replied to you).
