Free vs Total Testosterone

What is the significance between these two values when ones total T, in my case, is <7 due to ADT

Total T is the sum of T which is bound to protein and Free T is circulating free in the blood.

Free T is a more accurate measure of level of castration. But for all practical purposes total T is measured and is sufficient enough to know castration level.

If your total T is less than 7, then its a great news. Lower the T level..longer the person is supposed to live according to dozens of research studies. The lowest point of T is called "Nadir T" Less than 7 is a great Nadir T. Celebrate.!!!!
