I do not pretend that the following proves anything, or is much good as evidence. The move from 0.02 to <0.02 is certainly small. Obviously it could all go poof with the next PSA test, but until then I am hopeful. My MO, not a supplements fan, isnot impressed.
I have read that Fenbendazole is expected to (start to?) show its impact 12 to 20 weeks after initiation. My 9th week PSA reading went to undetectable.

Apologies John. Very happy to share my history. DX'd in 2009.PSA 3.7; Gleason 3+4 Had High Dose Brachy and low-dose radiotherapy and all was good until late 2017, when PSA began to rise. BCR was diagnosed, and I started on Bicalutamide 150 mg as a monotherapy. I attempted a form of intermittent ADT, but PSA oscillated wildly (as low as 1.8, as high as 18) A few months ago I had a PSMA scan which showed bilateral tumour, with seminal vesicle involvement. But technically, Stage 3. I've been hormone sensitive for two years, (as my man boobs demonstrate) and investigating possible slavage treatments that might still work with seminal vesicles. Cryotherapy seems likeliest option, but also investigating IRE. I'm currently supplementing Casodex with POMI-T, Reservatrol, Vit D, and about to start Berberine, having shown no tolerance for Metformin. My current PSA is 2.4.
I was actually an early participant in the repurposed trial run by Care Oncology - and I've also taken Cimetedine. The data seems to suggest that anti-worming/ anti-inflammatories have an impact, but not for me unfortunately.

Great that you are keeping data on what is going on! So much good material is lost because the "experiment" is full of holes. My take on your numbers:
You cancer load is too low to get a "kill" PSA spike on less sensitive PSA machines. We need someone with more P cancer (PSA >1) to take a dose or two and measure the PSA after 24 hours from the first dose. If there is killing going on, the PSA should rise. That would be great news and add another killer to our arsenal. No need to wait months to find a result. I would give it a go, but am in the middle of other experiments right now.
Fenbendazole kills gut worms. A person with a load of gut worms will also have a bad gut biome (worm crap is not good for you and they are eating your food), and a reduced immune system. Killing the bad guys will also up the natural kill rate of cancer cells, and a lower PSA should result after a few weeks. This factor needs to be taken into account when working out how many cancer cells are killed directly by being "poisoned".
The good news is this is deemed "safe" to use in humans with little side affects, so perhaps more people will experiment and see what happens.
What IS Fenbendazone?? Sometimes I look at the protocols many here are following and I simply want to believe that "best practices" really ARE best practices because this is what I can afford..... being here is sort of like the guy who can't afford really good legal representation.... If he's lucky he'll make it but more often than not he's screwed.... People running off to Europe for Tx... supplements that cost more than my monthly income. Daily personal trainers that enable some to maintain muscle mass and more.... in my next life I am going to have to make a LOT more money : )
Out of personal curiosity.... looking at your profile I am wondering why you didn't try more definitive curative Tx initially??..... Frankly... it appears that you are doing as well as most here who did but that begs the question....?? Side effect issues??

I've been taking FenBen since 04/09/19, 1g 3 on/4 off along with the Gamma E, and CBD as described in Joe Tippens' protocol. However, my PSA has been undetectable since March so I can't say if there has been any benefit beyond preventative.
I am thinking to start the same protocol as yours, but I am worried about the Gamma E Vitamin. Is it safe to take it for a long time? I read conflicting research about Vitamin E and prostate cancer progression.
My second question is from where you buy these 3 supplements? and how about a good quality Curcumin (Turmeric) which brand you are using?
I bought the FenBen from CalVet online. I can buy it at any of several local pet supply stores off the shelf too. The price is the same either way.
I take Gamma E from LifeExtension: tinyurl.com/y54chrhj Since my PSA is undetectable I may pulse the FenBen and gamma E, cycling eight weeks (3days on/4days off) and then eight weeks off. Though I have been continuous for the past 5 months.
I prepare my own CBD tincture using concentrate from Freedom CBD: freedomcbd.co/ I buy the concentrate syringe and mix with MCT oil to get 25mg daily at 78% concentration. They have easy instructions on their website. That way I know that I'm getting the right stuff. They certify their product and publish the third party reports.
I do not take curcumin, I know Joe includes it in the protocol but there have been reports that curcumin/tumeric alter serum PSA readings to be lower than actual number, so I avoid it. I want accurate PSA readings and the curcumin isn't a necessity to I'm okay without it.
It seems like there is always a contra indication for long term use of many supplements, sometimes its hard to know which to follow. Many people are taking higher doses of the FenBen and continuously rather than pulsing 3/4. There are no reported problems with liver function from larger doses and continuous use. Since we're all a one person clinical trial anyway, we are free to pursue our own journey, so long as we monitor potential interactions and consequences by watching other bodily functions for adverse impact.
I also take low dose aspirin, Vit D3 w/K2, and black maca (for adrenal support) daily.
PSA was headed down for several months with Zytiga and Lupron. Started Fenben and next 2 readings, after 15 weeks of using it, showed an increase in PSA. My husband spoke to the Pharmacist, and he said fenben would interact with Zytiga in the liver making Zytiga less effective. He stopped using it 6 weeks ago, and we will get his next PSA reading on Tuesday. I am hoping he will see his PSA dropping again. If it's still rising, I guess Fenben had nothing to do with it.
I stopped ADT and my PSA came roaring back, so no more fenben and back on ADT. I saw that Joe Tippens now claims lots of successes with PC (on the cases that are being audited by Emery, Stanford, and OMRO).
Did you see any benefit of doing both? I’ve been doing 400-800mg a day for about a year as well as Zytiga. I’ve been castrate resistant for about 6months. My scans show no progression, my AP is 85, but my psa is rising (just under doubling). Is this evidence that something’s working or am I wanting it to badly to work?
Please clarify the fenbendazole dosage to take. Packaging is based on dog weight and maximum is 40 pounds per packet. If one weights 160, does it mean to take 4 packets each time?
Forget the dogs, Joe says 1 gram of powder which contains 222 mg fenbendazole, 3 times/week. See my later postings for why I stopped. And see Joe Tippens' web site, Facebook page, etc.
