BATlike therapy

My thought. Please critique this plan.

I am not PrC (had RP in 12/2018 and PSAs have been zero since then).

Gleason 9, one local lymph node, positive margin.

This is my tentative plan (reduce risk of CrPc and increase libido for a little bit each year).

6 monthsBicalutamide, Dutasteride, Zytiga

2 monthsestrogen patches and zytiga

2 weeks supraphysiological levels of test, dutasteride, zytiga

check psa and csa every two weeks

if either increase cut short whatever cycle you're on and go on E again

Bicalutamide (casodex)150mgBlock AR

Dutasteride0.5mgBlock T->DHT

Supraphysiological levels of T?

Zytiga1000mg

Estrogen patches (usually about 0.2 mg/day but adjust to target T at undetectable levels)

Maybe I don't understand - you want to take testosterone with Zytiga? I doubt any competent doctor would allow that.

Does zytiga only work to reduce the t produced my cancer cells?

No, Zytiga also stops the production of T (and other androgens) by the adrenals. It is given to assure complete annihilation of T.
