Just finished appt with mo. We are concerned about psa increasing at a fast rate, even though it is still low at 0.97. He has scheduled a PET scan to see if there is any progression. If so probably chemo, if not continue zytiga He did. It seem interested in the switch to decadron ???

We’ll see what happens i a couple of weeks.

If he is progressing with Zytiga, switching to decadron could make zytiga to be effective again for a while.

There are clinical trials with modified niclosamide wich could resensitize the cancer to zytiga or enzalutamide.

With a PSA of 0.97 he should try to get a Ga68 PSMA or a 18F DCFPyl PET/CT. There are clinical trials for these tests:
