Entering Part 3 of CPI-1205 Phase II Trial

My retro-peritoneal mass has neither increased nor decreased in size over the past month. Still no bone mets. Feeling fortunate and very grateful. PSA results in a few days. Tolerance of the CPI-1205-Abiraterone+Prednisone combo much improved. Still working on the fatigue. Not much I can do about what it’s doing to my brain. But nausea is infrequent and diarrhea less severe and only two incidents over the past month. I’ve found delaying eating two hours minimum (vs the one hour recommended by the trial) after taking CPI-1205 is, so far, the best way to avoid diarrhea. Thanks to all for your support.
