using radioligands as first line in many different tumors seems to be effective

Global radioligands trial phase 3 looks promising
It works for neuroendocrine tumors only.
I think the thought was that earlier may be better for radioligand therapy though TA reported recently on some research that 177Lu-PSMA treatments are as effective before as after chemo. I have Lutathera on my radar screen given that I have neuroendocrine differentiation. and my biopsy samples stain positive for somatostatin, which the 177Lu-Dotatate (Lutathera) is attracted to.
I wanted to point out that the article Maxone cited does not refer to "many different tumors" but reports treatment of neuroendocrine tumors only.
I had 177Lu-PSMA therapy while being hormone sensitive. Therefore I am for early radioligand therapy.
Me too, though early castrate resistant but before chemo.
I think TA refered to this study: novartis.com/news/media-rel...
Remember, getting married also looked promising.
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
