I wonder if a study would show people who work out regularly have a reduced rate of cancer or smaller cancer tumors?

Thanks for posting, Simon... While Yoga can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, I am wondering if the release of tension in those areas decreases inflammation and pain resulting in slowing tumor progression... The wife wants to do yoga...maybe I'll give it a try... I am a down dog... LOL...
