I also had knee pain and of course, automatically thought it was the cancer. Turned out to arthritis. Knees are a common place to have it. CT imaging will show it.
Lupron can cause joint pain but usually it's the small joints that have problems - fingers and toes. I think it's more likely something else.
Knee pain is pretty common, especially as we get older. If you're just getting it now for the first time you've done very well. I would try heat or ice and, of course, ibuprofen.

Joint pain is a common side effect of Lupron unfortunately. Exercise helps lubricate joints.
I had skeletal pain between 6 months and 18 months on Lupron, I used Tylenol Generic 8 hour timed release 650 mg tabs. I could sleep all night and sometimes I took one during the day. The pain went away with time.
It's most likely something else been on Lupron over 2 yrs (3 mo injections) no knee pain issues. how old r u, as we age arthritis becomes an unwelcome guest. I find exercise, yoga, stretching and strength resistance very effective. I am 78 and play golf 3 to 5 times a week plus pickle ball a couple of times
I (69 at the time) got knee pain after about a year on Lupron. A cortisone shot in the knee fixed it, at least for now. Lots of other joint pains and stiffness. Increased exercise and Nalakrat's BIRM (maybe) have helped some. I also developed a frozen shoulder at about the same time, and it may or may not be related to the lupron. A cortisone shot in the shoulder didn't help too much, but it is somewhat better after about 3 weeks of physical therapy. I'm almost certain that most of my creakiness is lowT/Lupron related.
