nanoparticles prostate cancer treatment?

Just read this article about using Gold nanoparticles to invade and destroy prostate cancer cells:

This article is a bit anemic, it "tries" to explain Gold nanoparticles, claims "Results are Promising", but does not provide any evidence

Was thinking something like Star Trek's Borg nanoprobes, which makes sense, seek and destroy, since cancer cells don't have self-destruction instructions.

Anyway, here's the clinical trials link, the Inclusion Criteria is ridiculous:

I wonder how these nano particles seek out cancer cells, or vice versa. If I got this I bet it would turn my blue eyes green. Just sayin'. Goldfinger, anyone?

Well, I'm holding out for low cut diamonds, for obvious side effects and when cured, would make amazing earrings for my wife!

I'm sure we can fine tune the kidneys to accumulate and polish the diamonds. My kidneys are already optimized with making stones...
