PSA decreasing slowly

My husband is now on cisplatin and etoposide and his PSA response is slow started 598-549-518 after three rounds. His alk phosphorus and other blood markers dropped significantly though.

Is this a good or bad sign? My husbands PSA responded amazingly immediately on docetaxel and cabazitaxel, but they only lasted for about 4-5 months.

Thank you in advance.

Happy to hear his psa is responding - probably not as much as you’d like but it is coming down. Stay positive!!
