It’s been awhile since I have posted. I am now 8 months post 10 rounds of chemo. Latest CT and MRI show there are still no longer visible Mets. I have been doing heavy physical therapy to improve my back from the previous met related instability. It’s HARD but I can feel a huge difference. I am riding my peloton 3 times a week. I am seeing a therapist which I was very resistant to, but have really seen a benefit. Generally just trying to move forward with my wife and kids despite the ever present Lupron (sigh).

I am due for a PSA soon. Last read was undetectable. Crossing my fingers that my winning streak continues! For the newly diagnosed there is hope!

Congratulations! You sound a lot like me. Healing my spinal damage was slow. Physical therapy helped me immensely. I ride my Peloton, as well (it’s a stationary bike for those who don’t know). It’s hard when on ADT, but lots of fun once you make yourself do it, isn’t it!? And I feel so much better when I exercise.

Wishing you continued success with your journey! Thanks for sharing!

Got the call this morning! Blood results are still sub par with low wbc, RBC, platelets at 90, etc - par for me lately. BUT PSA still undetectable. I get to ride the wheel of good fortune for another few months until my next test!

Congrats BigM62! I’m in the same camp. Get tested every three months. Hope you push that Psa down the road for a good long time... enjoy life!

That's great news BigM. I am glad that chemo has provided a remission, hopefully it continues for long time.

Great news you keep on riding your peloton and I'll keep on riding my blow up doll.

Good Luck and Good Health.
