Immunotherapy has anyone tried it or heard of a company called Oncofocus they want £1,700 to check the biopsy from 2015 for mutations and they say they have 717 other treatments if the mutation reacts to any or maybe none please let me know

There are only 3 known personalized treatments - Keytruda, PARP inhibitors or carboplatin, and those genetic abnormalities are rare.

Been to oncologist today docetaxel didn't work PSA since start in April has gone from 30 to 80 slow but still going up more mets only tiny plus few more lymph nodes said radium no good as has lympnode disease talking about cabazitaxel is this a good thing x

Cabazitaxel (Jevtana) often works when docetaxel doesn't. Have you tried Xtandi or Zytiga yet?

They say over here in England there are just chemo so, he has hormone injections and has had the tablets

No, they are not chemo in England or anywhere else. They are second-line hormonal therapies.
