I would first ask your doctor about such future treatment options. As I recall, it was only very recently that you posted that you just had your first zoladex injection, and would be discussing the chemo the doctor was recommending. I hope you respond very well to these initial treatments. Keep posting and let us know.
(Approved immune treatments or clinical trials are likely available for you in the future, without the need to travel to Cancun for whatever it is that may be there.)

Thank you Charles , everyone in family sends me stuff sooo much info. My onco said in the next weeks to start docetaxel chemo as she sais better results in early therapy with zoladex. I m soo f nervous dont know how to get a grip on that
Sorry to bother you
Ron
Ron, not to worry. No bother at all. EVERYBODY is anxious when first diagnosed and facing a new treatment like chemo with docetaxel. Lots of men here have already taken docetaxel, and some of them have done it recently as "early chemo" in conjunction with their androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). Sometimes the pre-treatment anxiety part can feel as bad as the actual chemo, itself, emotionally. Thousands of men and women take docetaxel every year for their different types of cancers treatment, get through it well, and have good results.
Do feel free to ask any questions you wish about what you might do to prepare for docetaxel, and what you might expect from the treatment. Start some new Posts, as needed, as your treatments get going.
Good Luck!
Charles
Ron, Check post about icing fingers and feet and other ways to mitigate side effects of chemo. I had been so worried about chemo for so many years, and when I did it, it was no problem, as others have stated here, You cn read my post when I was doing it, just click on my name.

Yes hospital told ne they ice hands nbhead, thx a lot
Searching Google I see that there have been trials of chemotherapy + immunotherapy that have had positive results and there is at least one underway led by Dr. Robert Amato using docetaxel and Provenge ( clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show... ) I would expect the trials to do the treatments sequentially rather than simultaneously because chemo can temporarily damage the immune system and to avoid two side effect problems at once, but I'm not certain about that.
However, while the idea is good and there is evidence that it works, I'd be concerned about getting it in Mexico. There are charlatans, many of them from the U.S., who setup clinics in Mexico where they are outside the reach of the U.S. authorities. Here's an article about one of them that might raise questions for you:

Hi Ron, my name is Lynn, I'm pretty sure that you can have immunotherapy after chemo, because my husband was going to have Keytruda, but did not have the mutation for it.
Well wishes to you. Lynn
