Just an update decided to do NCT 03338790 with Nivolumab and Rucaparib, study closer to me, less travel and parp inhibitor may help . Anyone on either of this trials NCT 03338790 (An Investigational Immunotherapy Study of Nivolumab in Combination With Rucaparib, Docetaxel, or Enzalutamide in Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (CheckMate 9KD))

or NCT02897375 (Palbociclib With Cisplatin or Carboplatin in Advanced Solid Tumors)

I just got accepted to the CheckMate 9KD trial at Duke. I am in the nivolumab/rucaparib arm. Any info on how you're doing would be appreciated: results, side effects, etc. Thank you very much.

I dropped out after 3 months due to complications, (small bowel issues ). I saw no drop in psa or size of mets in nodes, but nodes did not enlarge either.

Never made it into the trial. The slots filled up and I was told literally at the last minute that I wouldn't be able to get in. Bummer!

i saw your post from a year ago on trial of nivolumab and Rucaparib and wanted to know your results as this same trial is being presented to my son. you have not posted since that time. thanks

Also Look at NIH trials at NIH facility that are not offered anywhere else, or ask your Dr to assist with looking. NIH at Bethesda Md, treats you for no charge and will assist with travel.
