I posted the first part of some information packed guide for the neurotypical partners in hope that it could potentially help a relationship or marriage from fracturing.

I thought people would really benefit from my passion and real life experiences. But it was in violation of the rules, classed as advertising and shit!! Completely nothing to do with profiteering just helping others. Completely not my intentions but hey. I got shutdown and that's that! RSD incoming 😢

Maybe I can super super super slim it down and not let it go to waste by sharing what little I've actually put into the post.

Can you share the title, author of the guide that would help people find it on their own? that may help others get the information you are wanting to share. Thank you for thinking of the group!

Thanks a loverly thought but I'm not an author nor it's it something that's just readily avaliable.I like to say, I have ADHD not a PhD. That's somewhat more valuable!

It's just something I've taken time to put together after seeing how much my wife and family has struggled dealing with my adhd and what little help THEY can get.

I may be able to start a social media page, but again, CHADD won't let me share that either. It does suck cos I just want to help people navigate the chaos of ADHD I want absolutely nothing in return for it, other then give help.
