I'm looking for a free online support group for adults with ADHD. I'm in the New Orleans LA metro area and there doesn't seem like much here. I have joined many social media groups but I am looking for a meeting with real people.

I’m a. It confused. Can you clarify the ones on social media not being real people? Some groups are definitely not as good as others. You can also make your own group for your area and add the people you like personality wise.
