Here's some basic things you can do to help your memory, which many of us need help with.

1. Give yourself simple, clear directions.

2. Limit Distractions

3. Change your environment

4. Put yourself on a schedule

5. Prepare for distractions

6. Take a break

7. Play a game that requires concentration (physical and/or mental)

8. Social activity (w/others &/or by yourself- hobby?) Games like sudoku, word finds, puzzles
