Over the last couple of months, I've started using AI to really help me in my job search, with CRT therapy, and in life coaching.
I use these in tandem with my therapy, but it is something I can do when I can’t talk with my therapist directly.
One of the things I've been trying to get better at is creating manageable, realistic goals for my life. For example, I'm trying to learn about writing quality prompts in my ChatGPT so I've been practicing and reading on how to do it.
Another goal I have is to read 54 books this year (I'm on books 37 & 38 right now (not too shabby if I can say so).
So, AI has taught me how to create Smart goals which I keep here on my desk to keep me on track.
If you're not familiar with smart goals, I'll do more on it next week.
Finally, my question is: do you write out your short & long-term goals? Where do you keep them so you can see them all the time? And, are they Smart goals, or just statements you've written?
