need support ongoing

hey, havent been in awhile. 63 YO artist. I am covered for therapy and like her but she knows little about ADHD. I want to fill in the gaps and would like a coach, but co-coaching would be better affordable.

Anyone know of co-coaching, support groups ongoing, accountability groups etc?

Hi Funnypapers - I am not sure of a co-coaching group but would highly recommend searching CHADD's support groups. You can find in-person and online support groups to connect with, learn from, and maybe discover a co-coaching opportunity.
