Want to get rid of brain zaps? I recently figured out how.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, right? Wrong.

First off, bear in mind: I AM NOT A DOCTOR NOR DO I CLAIM TO HAVE ANY MEDICAL TRAINING OR QUALIFICATIONS WHATSOEVER. I have a B. Sc. In Environmental Science but it gives me a knowledge of half-lives of chemicals in a biological system. I simply compared myself to a small ecosystem. Nothing more, nothing less.

I noticed a few weeks ago that the zaps occurred in cycles: every four hours, coinciding with the crashes that came regularly. This is because I was taking 225mg all at once. But Effexor isn't a single release capsule, its actually six discretely timed releases that go off every four hours in a 24 hour period. See where I'm going with this yet?

So rather than give myself six big releases followed by the resulting big crashes, I simply spread out the capsules by just over an hour apart. Now, when one release is beginning to kick out, there's a second one right behind it kicking in, followed by my third one a little over an hour later doing it all over again.

Bang. You now have eighteen small doses a day, all timed and keeping each other in check. A self-righting system. It's been days now since I've had even the smallest zap or crash. My brain is clearer because it doesn't have the added stress of keeping up with the wild swings any more. For me, it is a life-altering change. I used to have to plan my days around the cycle but it's no longer an issue.

It's been quite a while since I visited this site, but after I figured this out I knew it would make for some big changes in the lives of countless people. Now I'm sort of on a little crusade to get this information out and on the go.

If any of you decide to try this, I can't guarantee it'll work for everybody; there are way too many variables to take into account. But what I can guarantee is that it will work for some people. I can validly make that statement because I think I can be brazen enough to include myself in the category of some people. If you do give it a shot I'd be very excited to hear any and all results, positive or negative. If it doesn't work out for you, don't discount it right off, but try a variation in the timing. Something can probably be figured for individual variation. If you wish, if you can take a couple weeks to take a bit of data and see how your numbers line up with mine. I figured it our for myself; maybe I can help tailor it a little closer to someone else's system too. You're not changing your dosage, just a small variation of what you're already doing anyway. Worst case scenario is no discernible difference. I can attest to the best case result.

Thanks for the interest and let me know.
