Hi, I am new here. Looking for ADHD coaching that won’t break the bank but is effective. Anyone have any advice?

I’ve been working with Beyond Booksmart but they aren’t cheap 😞 That said, it’s working better than most of the therapy I’ve ever had. And I’m breaking out of really unproductive/miserable cycles - including my problems with budgeting and other money issues.

I don't have specific recommendations but I hear of places doing group coaching which is cost than one- on- one coaching.
