I am a writer and I have ADHD. I'm not sure what you're asking but here's a tip that people with and without ADHD use.
Instead of just dreaming of writing, people sign up for a writing group. A group of 8 to 12 people and each week you read two people's stories and give encouragement and comments. You yourself will get a deadline for when to submit your story.
What a writing group does is take things from "I'd like to write" to "oh, I gotta get something done by two weeks from Tuesday!"
You can start anywhere, but I'm not sure that's helpful. You interested in poetry, fiction, nonfiction, book writing?
I'll suggest two sites that offer online courses that are really good. I've taken multiple courses from both of these sites--like amazing courses!
Courses range from getting started with a writing practice to advanced editing and critique of a nearly done novel.

writersonlineworkshops.com ... this one is run by Writer's Digest, a publication that lots of beginning writers read.
I can give you more tips and suggestions. But basically just start taking yourself seriously but paradoxically let yourself play with words.
Tell me more and I can help you more. Oh, if you're asking whether ADHD has been a disadvantage for me, the answer is a resounding, demoralizing yes. OMG, writing a book requires such organization and I didn't start to create organizational files and notes and research until multiple years into the project. I would do that at the start next time.
But again, there are good courses online about taking good notes and creating a good notetaking system.
Thankyou so much for taking your time for the above reply.it really means a lot. For me english wasn't my primary language so I was so nervous whenever I hold a pen or laptop ,I used to back off. Whenever I asked someone for any suggestion they always suggest to learn and improve my english...I'm still trying but so afraid of even starting to write... all I wanted is to just start writing....thankyou so much... I will definitely check the website you mentioned above...
Your writing is fine here. Just make sure you're not just falling victim to "can't do it" syndrome. Don't let your fear or embarrassment stop you. If you want to write in English and you can write as you do here, then that's enough.
