Time Management Apps?

Any ADHD apps anyone would recommend? I want something that integrates multiple calendars as well as have a to-do list.

Bonus if it counts down time is a visual way (like Tiimo, but with more features).

I'd like this too. May have to make it ourselves though! Cause I've not found one yet that does well at giving a visual AND doing other useful stuff so you're not doing heaps of setting up and tweaking to make it useful (this is the whole problem for people like me with ADHD after all!).

Maybe if Tiimo added a calendar connection option and made it super user friendly throughout, it'd be better off than it is today..

It's not specific to ADHD, but I have been using Taskade for many years. The primary thing that I love about it is the flexibility. They have a website, phone apps, browser apps, and probably other formats as well. I have it set as my home screen on both of the internet browsers that I typically use, and it syncs wonderfully. You can have multiple workspaces, including shared workspaces. You can use a simple to-do list, but there are tons of great templates as well. I am currently using a free version, but as I recall, even when I had the subscription version, it wasn't very much. I recommend checking it out simply because it's so versatile that chances are high you can find a way for it to meet your needs.

I never heard about this before. I've been using Thunderbird calendar, Google Calendar and Todoist. I tried Trello, but at best, I use it sporatically. I *suspect* I have ADHD, and am waiting for assessment as well as my GP wants to see if I have a Sleep Apnea issue, but my symptoms go well beyond that, which is next week so if I don't put a task down, I'll forget it, trust me on this. So, I'll try this one. I've been looking for something like this. I've been happy with Todoist, but I'd like an app with a calendar and tasks all in one, so...thanks for the heads up.

I have used Trello before, but it seems best suited for teams. I've probably tried at least 75% of the options out there. I use Google Calendar, but it's cool because it integrates with Taskade. I love to try new things, but once they lose their newness, I lose interest. (hmmm... ADHD much?) I was recently diagnosed, but I really just consider it confirmation of what I already knew. However, I actually started using lists and calendars religiously years ago when a therapist pointed out that it was good for people with anxiety. Once you write down whatever you need to remember, you can stop obsessing on it, and the anxiety decreases. Anyway, my point is I have tried a lot of different methods over the years, but I suggested Taskade because it is the one that I've stuck with. I've been using it for at least a decade. Whether it's this or something else, I hope you find a perfect solution without too much fuss!

I've suspected that I might have ADHD, maybe in the 80's when it was called "Minimal Brain Dysfunction", but in typical ADHD fashion, I forgot about it until the last few years, when it started getting in my way in working on my degree in metaphysics (I"m working toward a doctorate from University of Metaphysics from I.M.M.) and studying or trying to study about confidence, and self-development; I didn't know where to start. But I agree with you. If I get a positive diagnosis, then it'll just be confirmation of what I've experienced as a child. (I'm also learning disabled-math and was born without a thyroid gland.)

I like Todoist, and it's the one I'm most familiar with. I think it's going to take a while to learn Taskade. I think I'm going to have to go over the videos for Taskade, but I do like those templates and the AI, so you never know... :)

I’ve been using TickTick for a couple of years. It integrates with several other services. I use it primarily for creating to do lists as well as recording notes. It’s stinks well with Google calendar, however, I have not been successful in making that feature useful.

I use the note taking app Google Keep, which integrates with Google Calendar.NOTE: it is not a time management app, but it is flexible enough that it can certainly be used they way.

Any note or checklist in the app can have a reminder set (based on time and date, or based on location). For some notes, I set a one time reminder. For others, I set recurring alarms. (I rarely use the location-based reminder, because I forget it's an option; but I have used it on some occasions in the past and find it mostly reliable, but it requires having location services enabled.)

I mainly use it as a note taking app. It lets me create my own categories, which I find very helpful.

In addition to being a mobile app, there's also a web interface, which you can get to when logged into a Google account (i.e. Gmail).
