ADHD medication startup Dexmethylphenidate

after being diagnosed with ADHD, I’ve been prescribed Dexmethylphenidate. I’m kinda nervous about my first dose and how it will make me feel. Anyone have any experience with this?

Did you take your first dose? What DID it feel like? That's actually a good question for those of us who are new to different ADHD meds....

I had Methylphenidate for a few months. I had them for few months but wasn't sure it worked for me. So I have not been taking it for the last few months.
